PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Company:

  • Primeworks Studio Sdn. Bhd.

Jobs Desciptions (Production Assistant):  

  • Work closely with the producer, director and production team;
    -liaise with writers, artists' agents, members of the public, and publicity staff;
  • To do all equipment and transport booking.
  • Oversee the timing during a shoot or show;
  • Ensure continuity, both on location and in the studio;
  • Liaise with the camera and sound crew during studio recordings;
  • Managing contracts with external organisations;
  • To contact relevant resources for shooting.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork in relation to the above tasks.

VIDEO EDITOR

Jobs Desciptions (Video Editor):

  • To perform on line editing.
  • To edit adherence to Producer’s requirement.
  • To making certain that the graphic/ visual effects elements are matching with its programme.
  • To search audio that complements the entire programme.
  • To ensure that the promo tape are made available and final submit to on air.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate  /Degree

Job Requirement :

  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Good command of Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • High initiative, pleasant, outgoing personality with good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, tact and initiative.
  • High team drive and works independently under minimum supervision.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE, INTERNAL AUDIT (2 POSITION)
Department:
  • Corporate Governance & Risk Management
Qualification & Experience:
  • Degree or Professional qualification in Accountancy/ Business Administration/ Finance/ IT/ MIS.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in Internal Audit/ External Audit/ Risk Management, preferably with public listed companies or reputable audit/ consulting firms.
  • Experience in leading audit teams would be a distinct advantage.
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
  • Thorough, analytical and able to demonstrate creative thinking.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Manager, Internal Audit. Lead audit assignments according to the Audit Plan and supervise team members’ activities.
  • Review and improve business processes through value added recommendations.
  • Attend to company’s events and activities and provide inputs on control and risk management issues.
  • Carry out special investigations/examinations as requested by Management.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER / PROGRAMMER (4 POSITIONS)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Lead and the Solution Architect in the design, architecture and specifications of the software solutions
  • Develop, test, enhance, and maintain software solutions
  • Provide technical support to users on all system related enquiries
  • Provide training to end-users on new and existing business applications
  • To undertake any other tasks/responsibilities when directed

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 yrs of application development experience on Microsoft C# and Java programming
  • Sound knowledge in .Net Languages, MS SQL Server 2005, Win Server 2003, SharePoint Server 2007, Oracle
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical design
  • Candidate must have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to meet datelines
  • Candidate must possess good communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively
  • Experience in project management is an added advantage
  • Senior and junior positions available depending on experience


TALENT EXECUTIVE

BROADCAST JOURNALIST
  • Gathers and verifies factual information regarding story through interview, observation and thorough research
  • Conveys story angle to cameraman and editors
  • Edits, or assists in editing, scriptwriting, videos for broadcast
  • Do voice-over recording and stand-uppers when required
  • Mature, dynamic and creative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and independent
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism or its equivalent


ASSISTANT PRODUCER
  • Assist in planning, writing, directing & producing as well as editing of programmes & events
  • Supervise small production crews
  • Mature, dynamic and creative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and independent
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism or its equivalent


BRAND ANALYST
  • Strategic study on the specific audience and advertisers (ratings, psychographics, lifestyle, and dip stick studies)
  • Search and evaluate programme suitability and develop program strategies including promotions
  • Prepare written and verbal reports to Management and programme committees which provide strategic planning in response to changes in audience, advertisers’ and competitors’ analysis
  • Dynamic and creative with strong analytical ability
  • Resourceful and independent
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in any related discipline or its equivalent


CREATIVE EXECUTIVE
  • Develop creative concepts
  • Liaise with creative and production teams to determine media strategies and vehicles
  • Sketch or electronically produce concept ideas to be executed
  • Present mechanical, electronic or online compositions for approval
  • Monitor expenditures to keep within budget parameters
  • Participate in development of new business concepts and attend presentations
  • Resourceful and independent
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in any related discipline or its equivalent


EXECUTIVE, SALES AND MARKETING
  • Assist Manager in planning, developing and implementing the marketing and sponsorship strategy projected by the Management
  • Procure sponsors and commercial airtime to advertisers
  • Prepare the marketing report as and when is required
  • Regular visits to current and potential clients in maintaining business relationships
  • Develop database of potential and target clients
  • Preferably with 3 years working experience
  • Possess excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Matured team player - proactive, aggressive, energetic and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly creative, self-starter and independent with high degree of commitment and responsibility
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Advertising


EXECUTIVE, FILM PRODUCTION
  • Interested in making movies with a difference
  • Co-curricular activities in the media/arts is a plus
  • Preferably with own transportation
  • Degree in multimedia/film/broadcasting/law/business/accountancy
  • Able to speak and write BM/English well
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply


MAKE-UP ARTIST
  • Provide make-up services ranging from normal, fantasy to special effects make-up techniques
  • Design and produce drawings of desired make-up as and when required
  • Touch up personalities/ artistes prior to ‘live’ shows and recordings
  • Well-groomed with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years working experience, especially in a broadcasting environment
  • Minimum Certificate/ Diploma In Make-Up


WARDROBE STYLIST
  • Provide professional wardrobe consultation and services to personalities/ artistes
  • Select and coordinate appropriate wardrobe and accessories for personalities/ artistes
  • Collect and return sponsors’ clothes
  • Attend all post-mortem sessions with production teams
  • Attend all touch-ups 45 minutes prior to the ‘live’ shows or recordings
  • Well-groomed with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an international fashion label/ store/ department
  • Minimum Diploma in Fashion Design
