The Business Executive Program is designed with the aim of developing talent to deliver value to the organization. 2-year program where candidates will go through a series of attachment to gain exposure in different core areas in Media Prima’s line of business. Within the program, the Business Executives are divided into four career tracks based on academic qualification namely Corporate / Generalist, Production / Creative, Engineering / IT and Marketing.

This is a fast track program for those who possess the potential to assume key positions within the Media Prima Berhad group in the future. If you hold a post-graduate degree preferably in either Business/Commerce, Broadcasting / Creative Arts, Engineering / IT or Marketing and are seeking an opportunity for rapid career progression in an exciting environment.
