Bangsar, 17 September 2015 – Media Prima Berhad (“Media Prima” or the “Group”), Malaysia’s leading fully-integrated media investment group tonight was announced as the Grand Winner at the Human Resources Excellence Awards 2015 Gala Night where it took home 11 out of a total of 19 categories awards.
Held in Kuala Lumpur, the awards night recognises organisations with robust and effective Human Resource (HR) and people management practices, catering to the needs and all-round growth of the business, employees, industry and the nation.
Media Prima won four gold awards for the Excellence in Employee Work-Life Balance, Employee Development, HR Social Media, Mature Workforce Practices, two silver awards namely Excellence in HR Strategic Plan, Leadership Development and five bronze awards namely Excellence in Training, Learning & Development Programmes, CSR Practices, Employee Engagement, Employee Branding and Workplace Well-Being.

The Human Resources Excellence Awards 2015, now in its third installation, is organised by the Human Resources magazine and aims to honour and award outstanding HR practices and provide a platform for HR practitioners to network and celebrate their achievements. The Human Resources publication is Singapore’s leading magazine which provides in-depth case studies, features and cutting-edge updates on the human resources industry.
Last year, Media Prima took home Gold & Bronze award for Excellence in Graduate Development and Excellence in Leadership Development respectively.
